POW News?

I recently got my youtube account to work and have ability to use a webcam and make videos... so I was wondering if I can start a new youtube account and make it as a "POW News" account and I could just update every one here in the website and let every one know when tournaments are coming out and general stuff that might be important. such as the new store that's coming out and all the branches and information...

good idea? possible? anything?

hey, thats a good idea, but battlerifle already made a youtube for POW before he left... ChOpZ had control of it as well, but since br left, chopz asked me to staff it for POW since i have an idea for a show that i could put on there and get more publicity for POW

So you like the idea? maybe it could be like a weekly news I'll send you the video and then you can put it up on the account?

yeah that sounds great... the more videos the better... but idk when im going to be starting, because i dont have the password yet... if i get it from chopz i dont know how hes going to send it

ok well you can send a PM to ChoPz and tell him about the idea if he doesn't see it here by that time... and ask him if he is going to give you the password...

the thing with Clans is that if you want something you kinda have to remind them over and over... not because they forget but because they get so busy doing other things for the clan that they start losing track of things so (this goes for every one) if you want something ask if you can have it and if they say yes and you never get it... ask again... another while... ask again... just don't bug them lol

I'm really excited about this news thing because this way we could have our latest news or videos in general be posted in a news forum or something...

would be easier to know what's going on in POW and will show people we are a serious clan who only wants to improve...

yea, ChOpZ asked me to do it so thats why im not sure if i should just ask for it... but i sent him a message on xbl yesterday, ill try a pm now

and i was in a chat with him (when he asked me) and two other people were talking about how they didnt know about the tournament we had... dont know which one. im guessing they dont use the forum. a lot of people dont

well maybe with this news idea more people will hear about tournaments and at the end I can give the scores and how it went and stuff like that.

Tell people about our youtube account and more people will watch because youtube is more widely used and not too many people seem interested in searching up the website... :/

there is a topic under videos that br wrote about it with the tags, but i think since he left all his posts are gone, oh well... but im going to wait on saying anything until i do official staff it

Yeah, I got the password yesterday and I updated some stuff on the channel. So as soon as you wanna do POW NEWS I can get it up

Ok cool, and im excited too. i cant wait to finish building my computer, its gonna be sick. then i can get my show, some machinimas, and make motages to put up on POW youtube

I talked to Chopz and he said that he wants me to give an example one before we can actually make it a weekly thing... so hopefully I can impress some people... I'm going to grab my camera and try to make it look a little more professional, I'll get in my BDU's or ACU's and make a news story. Hopefully things go great

i would recamend that a capture card was used instead of a webcam. Secound thats an awsome idea! it would deffenitly help with the tournaments and more importent things like that. so anyways great idea and i will run it by chopz for a reminder and try and get it up and running man

lol well I'm going to be using a camera to video tape myself as the "anchor man" and then will be using videos of game play and also hopefully we can get the game play in tournaments and stuff like that

this summer i should be getting a capture card so i can do that killj0y on the streets idea, and i could get the footage of tournaments and other game clips up on my computer then send it to Recabilly for the final editing and then you can send the final video to me to put up on youtube

this is working out well so far if i may say so

I just need to get my computer back because even though my camera works my sister doesn't have a slot to put memory cards in her lap top...

sounds great, my computer sucks, but im working with my cousin to make a computer... and i have way too much on it lol... im never gonna need all the space in the memory
